I don't read Chinese, but I would guess that the characters under the switch represent ON/OFF SWITCH or POWER SWITCH. Again, only a guess, but the characters under the LEDs could represent POWER TO OUTPUT or something to that effect. Those under the P2 and P3 connectors probably say OUTPUT 1 and OUTPUT 2. Those under P5 connector probably say something like POWER CONNECTOR
