now what i want to do it is"blink the output yo for 10 times then y1 & y2"

MY LOGIC IS

TWO CONTACTS XO(NO),X1(NC) IN SERIES WHICH TURNS AUXILIARY FLAG (M0) HIGH

CONTACT MO TURNS OUTPUT Y0 HIGH
YO IS COUNTED BY COUNTER C9
X1(NC) RESETS THE COUNTER C9

THEN

X1(NC) TURNS (M1) HIGH
CONTACT M1 TURNS Y1 HIGH
Y1 IS COUNTED BY CONTER C9
X1(NC) RESETS COUNTER C9

& SO ON FOR THIRD OUTPUT

Perhaps you could give us an idea of what you already have done. Then we can guide you from there.

Also, is this specifically a programming question? If so, you could also so with giving an idea of the language you wish to use and any development tools you are using, or need to use. I will hazard a guess that you are using a hardware description language of some description.
