Hi guys! I am looking for a bit of advice or some links to help me get started with this project? I hope to create a simple yet affordible frequancy jammer which can block signals <300MHz. I have read this and it is very interesting and simple enough for me to try out but kind of need it to go as low as possible... any tips or suggestions? For legal reasons this is hypothetical convosation.

I dont need a complex circuit just something cheap and simple which would get the job done! Small range of around 15M
