Charging circuit for 7.4V 3000mAh li-ion battery

Hi all,

I purchased one 7.4V 3000mAh li-ion battery from ebay. the link is given below.

I m in search of circuit for charging this battery.
I got many circuits for battery charging, but i need indications for full charged and charging conditions.
Is there any circuit or ICs available for recharging this battery with my requirements.

Can anyone help me please.
