LiPO Power Charging and Power Supply

Hello everyone,

I am a bit green on the LiPO Battery ecosystem, have done a lot of searching/reading, and can still use some help. :)
My objective is to power a monitor with an AC/DC power supply while charging an attached LiPO battery pack. Then have the batteries provide power when the power supply is disconnected.

It seems like I should be able to use a battery charging control board to do this, like the XH-M601. But for some reason, I can't find a LiPO power supply that isn't a burst/fast charger, which would ruin the equipment. Is this because the tech is too different and needs to be approached differently?

Any leads or help would be appreciated! Thank you!

The XH601 is a relay module that connects or disconnects the lipo charger from the battery at user set limits. It doesn't control the charging current.
What voltage level is required for the monitor?
