Charging a lithium battery

I found this lithium battery at home and would like to be able to charge it.
What circuit do I need to interface/connect a classic 5V-2A phone charger to the battery?

I would like to know if there are certain components (such as this TP4056) that, carefully chosen and with added circuitry, can charge my lithium cell
A TP4056 Lithium Battery Charging Module + a lithium battery holder +an USB cable + some cables+solder lead and iron will work.

RE: ""But some things I do not understand (..) The charge voltage is
fixed at 4.2V" but my battery is 3.7V .. is this a problem?""

No, it isnt a problem. When charged up, the 4.2 is maximum safe voltage overstepping what may happen ignition. And lithium flame is extra difficult to beat down - it may burn all Your home to no-existance. The 3.7 will happen at 50/50% discharge and about 3.2 V it should be asap charged up. More accurate about discharging voltage curve may read here: https://evreporter.com/understanding-charge-discharge-curves-of-li-ion-cells/

3.7V is the storage and selling voltage of a Li-Ion battery cell. It is 4.2V when fully charged and about 3.2V when its load should be disconnected.

Sorry if it has been a while, but I would like to ask a question that is sure to be silly and will make some of you laugh.
Does the battery have to be rechargeable or is any battery okay? Sorry, I stand corrected, alkaline batteries are not rechargeable, while lithium batteries are.
But which lithium batteries are?

This is not rechargeable, so I ask how do I distinguish whether a lithium battery is or not. Does it depend on the format?

This rose does, but how come?

Lithium rechargeable batteries are 3.7V nominal and are charged to 4.2V. Their chemistry is usually Lithium Cobalt.
Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries are 3.2V nominal and are charged to 3.65V.

The Energizer Ultimate Lithium battery is NOT rechargeable and is 1.5V nominal. Look up its chemistry.
