I would suggest that the '10 mile' length of the RG58 in question 7 is clouding the issue to someone who really thinks about the question. The supplied answer implies that the 10 mile length of RG58 will have 0R DC resistance. This is far from the truth. The last spec I saw had around 7R DC resistance (return path, ie core + shield) per 1000 ft.
