You need a piezoelectric material to make one of the active devices, so that excludes most capacitors (and I guess you really don't want them changing capacitance when you apply a voltage!) But the rest are very similar, just built in different ways.

Some do, some don't.
Ceramic capacitors with high-K dielectrics often show substantial piezoelectric behavior, and can cause problems in low-level circuitry by being microphonic.
