I need help identifying a component and its value in a metro LG MS345 phone. I think it's a capacitor, not 100% sure. Thanks in advance.

 

It certainly looks like a capacitor but they do not have any markings, let alone a value on them. If you have a working one then you could measure it, alternatively get a schematic - good luck with that.
