Me and my Aunt live in the USA and she is going to Italy for a Trip.

If I want to Call her Cell Phone am I Right I do this?

First I Dial the USA Exit Code 011 then I Dial Italy Code to Call into 39 then I Dial my Aunts Cell Phone without her Area Code because she will not be in the USA?

 

No, I’m pretty sure you should dial her regular number. The carrier knows where she is and will forge a connection.

You shold look up how her carrier handles international service. My T-Mobile just works without concern but they all vary. Voice calls over cellular (not wifI) might be 25¢/min. Data and wifi calling are usually less.

 

Well her Area Code in the USA is 215 then her Cell Number.

So I thing I would just not Dial her Area Code and just Dila her Cell Number Right?

 

Dial the regular 10 digit number:

(xxx) xxx-xxxx

Which will work if she has out-of-country service like T-Mobile. If she does not have out of country service and turns on roaming...the charges may be astronomical.

 

I did just read you will still Dial 011 to get out of the USA then her full Cell Number even the Area Code she had in the USA.
