This is my first time posting on a forum, let alone this one. Please don't chew my head off.

I am planing to run a "media server" computer inside my car. I have an DC to AC converter hooked up to an UPS. I was wondering if there was a way to supply battery power to the converter, but only if the cars ignition is set to ON
