so that i wake up on time am planing to attach a car horn to alarm clock.

is their a module i can buy to detect then trigger the alarm ?.

so alarm clock ticks then fires and the wires red and black that are normally connected to the speaker maybe add a module to it so it detects that signal then trigger the car horn?

Yes. Use the alarm clocks beeper output trigger a relay that powers the horn off a 12 volt battery.

Really you need a car horn to wake up? To me that screams serious medically related sleep disorder in every possible way.

Mine was a clockwork job with 2 bells and a striker on the top - I arranged contacts to trigger a small SCR and built an electronic siren to make some noise. Most car horns are basically a buzzer with a sounder disk, they interrupt the current so an SCR would drop out. You need to maintain some holding current to keep it latched or keep pulsing the gate as long as you want it to sound.

You might get away with direct triggering an SCR from a piezo sounder output if you use a sensitive gate SCR.

Someone else suggested a relay - if you rig a spare set of contacts to take over feeding the relay coil once it pulls in, any input that's sufficient will cause it to latch - you have to break the supply current to release it.

There are various alarm sounder devices just as noisy as a car horn and have easier supply requirements.
