Capsitor storage

Let's say you have a antenna giving you milliamps and millivolts and you use a transformer to up the voltage this kissing amps but you have a farad super capsitor storing those amps from the transformer ever cycle in the kilohertz range will it add up those milliamps every cycle in the capsitor so you can use the built up amps upon discharge of the capsitor.

It has been done, but only at low voltages as far as I know. I remember one demonstration that flashed an LED at low level. Another demonstration in the late 1950's or early 1960's but the U.S. Military involved a small helicopter-like craft that was powered by microwave energy directed at an antenna that contained rectifiers on the helicopter which powered the motor.
