Looks like 220uF to me but hard to read.

It's made by Panasonic.
CE62 identifies the industry standard series number which should identify basic characteristics, temperature, ESR etc. across manufacturers. Unfortunately, none of the Panasonic catalog sites provide a cross, even searching discontinued stuff.
Normally, just googling the series will bring up several mfrs. but not this time.
There's some CE62 on eBay including a readable part number:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/2-X-MADE-I...00uF-50V-ELECTROLYTIC-CAPACITOR-/401572197934Unfortunately, none of that crosses either.
Maybe it's something that was made special for a certain market i.e. Honda Generators.

Various searches refer to these as 'audio grade' which is not called out specifically in the Panasonic catalog but a few forums dedicated to such things argue for the FC series which is a low ESR type. I'd lean towards low ESR/high ripple current. Series EE looks promising. Catalog:

You could try contacting Panasonic via their support page or just try a good, low ESR cap and see what happens.

That's all I got, sorry.
