I have drew it has per the actual PCB !

With D5 in the orientation shown, Q1 can't turn on. The connections to the body of R15 have to be wrong.

When we draw schematics, we draw them so that circuit function can be discerned. We draw wires using multiples of 90 degrees unless it's an exceptional case (e.g. flip flop).

Yes sorry about that, could not flip the Q1 for the correct orientation

Q1 still can't turn on with D5's anode on its collector.
Ok , thanks for that will have to " Go back to the drawing " as they say, another reason for maybe it not being correct , is the info is taken from the bottom looking up !, will revise and come back , thanks for all your replies .

Is this for an AC circuit for US or outside of US? The cap is a bypass for the emitter, provides decreasing impedance as frequency goes up to the common emitter which is strangely conducting on the negative cycle. What’s the part number of that transistor?
