Got up this morning....and I can not log on site with FF. Using Edge now. Any body else?

 

No problems here with FF.

 

This is really weird. The log on button is in the middle of page....not the right side. But the drop down log on menu is back on the right side.

And when trying to reach drop down box.....it disappears. Was finally able to log in FF......but only about half of pages are blue. The rest are orange and can not change.

Updated windows, updated FF.....rebooted.......still the same. Half are blue pages and half are orange.

 

Ok....found it. I use my FF at 110% zoom. For years at this site. today.....it makes a difference.

When I reset zoom(page size) to 100.......everything works normal.

So now the new log on is......set size to 100. Log in. Refresh for blue. Then reset to 110% page size.

Whatever.

 

This is so strange. On the orange log on page........I can zoom from 60 to 100 and all is normal. I can zoom from 120 to 160 and all is normal.

But if I set zoom on 110....which I have been using for years here......the orange top navigation bar forms a stacked pyramid in middle of page pointing down. If I activate any drop downs from that..........the drop downs are back at regular side positions.

I can't see what's changed the scaling here on this end. Browser size on monitor normal too.

My last win update was on the 10th. Maybe it was an FF update. Scaling interaction has changed for me here.

All my other sites were ok.

No login hassles with FF ESR 52.7.3 64 bit. I am seeing other issues documented on another ticket.

As in Aleph's thread, why even log out when you leave to go somewhere else? It totally prevents the problem of logging on. Maybe I'm just stupid for doing so but it works. When I click AAC in my bookmarks everything is ready to go.
