It seems to use bluetooth.
This is on the bottom of the page:

The most extensive review in in Russian, he doesn't mention the connection method, but he does have photos.

This crop shows what looks like a BLE module, so Bluetooth seems to be the answer.

Also, he seems to be saying you have to choose a different model number to get English language software for it. In the end, it seems... dodgy. Though he doesn't pan it.

The manual says BT2.1, so not BLE (which is likely too slow).
The maximum sampling rate is 100 kHz; you get 1 Msps with a DSO150 or 138 portable mini scope. But you do get lots of inputs, so that might be compelling. But there must be things that are better supported.
