Value's are missing for sine, sine 180, and tri.
Deduce these from the research document.

 

The document just states that " The pulses for the semiconductor switches are generated using pulse width modulation technique with simple boost control for qZSI ", with no clear instructions

 

V7, V6, and V2 have no obvious specification on your schematic for the simulation. Did you configure those sources, but the text is just invisible?
An inverter normally has complementary reference sine waves, and a sampling triangle or sawtooth waveform at a higher frequency. The particular are not critical but that is how PWM normally works. This is normally done with a comparator.

The load is not often configured to be a resistor. A reactive load that looks like a low pass filter will convert the PWM to a sinewave.
