So I just need to buy the exact same battery as it and replace it when it runs out of power? There are rechargeable lithium button cells available but the 'CR' on the cell in your picture implies that it is a primary cell - not rechargeable - and so needs to be replaced when it is flat.
Don't ever attempt to charge this cell. It will explode. Disastrously. My LCD uses lithium batteries, although the power supply for the screen is through the power supply, if the battery is not charged seems to be no way to back up, just in case, I want to know first lithium batteries can be charged? If so, how to charge?

Thanks for your enthusiastic reply, I will check it out and buy some.hi,
There are LiR 2032 rechargeable types, but they are rated at 3.6V.
You would have to add suitable charger circuit, the regular CR2032 would be easiest option to replace.
BTW: In case you did not know the 2032, means 20mm Dia and 3.2mm Thick.
