Hi folks, I have used the web based pic delay code calculator for quite a while now, but recently it has become less reliable...

Can someone help with getting it to work within html on my personal computer? It would seem it is possible reading the repository, but I don't know where to begin!

Since it appears to be complete in terms of instructions, you will need to explain what you don’t understand about it if you are going to get help. Repeating the instructions would obviously be a waste of time, and anybody trying to help without information about where you confusion lies couldn’t do anything else.

What don’t you understand? “Everything“, which is all I know right now, doesn’t help.
