Hello , given the 85561A calibration kit attached in the photos ,few questions:
1. what is the meaning of female to female <0.04dB sqrt(f/GHZ)?
2.what is the meaming of female to female delay 116ps?
3.what is the meaning of 2.5 GOHm/sec offset loss? what is this unit?

I can try to answer #1.
Insertion loss goes up with frequency, so that rating means that up to 1Ghz, the insertion loss is less than 0.04dB
However, at 36Ghz, the formula becomes SQRT(36Ghz/1Ghz) which is 6. So, insertion loss would now be rated at less than 0.24dB at that frequency ( 6 times 0.04)
At least that is how I read it...
