Hi All, Here is my Voltage Controlled Amplifier breadboard and schematics. Do the bypass capacitors look right place to you. The schematic is fairly vague on this so this is how I interpreted it.

I would place the capacitors as close as possibe to the chip.
The elco's are now on the far end.

Where are the two transistors?
I do not see them on the breadboard.
As said, better make the PCB given on the webpage.
As for the decoupling capacitors, you could use the guidelines as given in this thread:

I am making it now, that is why there are no transistors. Thanks for the link
