Lots of professor's would be on the unemployment line if you ban paid speech.

Berkeley also violated the sponsor groups 14th amendment rights by not offering their speaker equal access. So who the hell knows how this shakes out.

Even some liberal lawyers stated they didn't agree with the speaker, but, restricting them to certain times and venues does violate the Constitution.

Here is a press conference....
Sounds like the california liberals likely have done pooped in their own nest again. (bloody screaming diarrhea pooped.)

Seems like a growing theme/problem with them that just makes their conservative opposition just look better and better without having to lift a finger themselves. :D

We need a new Constitutional amendment............................ban all paid speech. You may only speak.............if you are NOT paid for it.

It obeys the Constitution. The Constitution says speech must be free. Therefore........it should be a crime to pay for it.
So you think Coulter wasn't getting paid?? That she goes and makes speeches out of the goodness of her heart?

Nice ... Faulty generalization.

Have you ever used population data to make a decision? I have, and my faulty generalization was proven to be false.

Yes I have, but his postings have gone a long way to prove out this hypothesis. Can there be real proof? Like many things in life, no.

Humans migrating to better climates ... Imagine that.

Sounds like the climate change affects humans more than the reverse.

Proof of concept ... Northern migration to Florida and other southern locales.

Proof of concept, migration to Canada and Alaska. Even TCMTech's ancestors were not natives of NoDak.
My family moved to where opportunity was best for them. Climate had little to do with it just like how the majority of our ancestors came to be where they were.

In fact the majority of all of our ancestors who settled this country came here to get away from oppressive governments to be some place the where they had a say in things and could actually work for a living to better themselves.

Moving to a better climate is only a goal either once everything else in your life has been sufficiently acquired or you lack the capacity to sustain yourself in a less favorable one.

And the Indians you despise never gave them any help to survive. And now we have your contempt of them. Nice going. From your link, " In both Virginia and Massachusetts, the colonists flourished with some assistance from Native Americans."

Which would be true in the post-colonial era. In the precolonial time many of the first settlements were done by 'companies', that all of the results of progress went to the 'founders' of the company. In the colonial era most came as 'indentured servants' that were one step up from slaves. One step up, because they would be 'free' after their indenture time was through. The time was figured on the 'skills' the had, a low skill person worked long than a highly skilled person, to pay of the indenture.
