Dear all members is there anyone who can guide me,
I want to turn on my laptop from a 12V 9A dry battery by using a buck-boost converter, which converts 12V to 19.5 volt can anyone guide me tell that is this possible or not

Yes it's possible to make the 19 V from 12V , the buck booster will take more current to compensate for the laptop needs, there are plenty of boosters on eBay ready made.
