Hello
That's a transformer installed in UPS, in driver circuit for some igbt

It's broken, coils are open, can't find replacement in market
Do you have any ideas where find similar or where make similar or how make repalecement?

The input coil Henry and output coil Henry we know, as we have similar from other machine and we took measurements of coils

Hi,
usually rewinding such a ferrite transformer is not a big job. Put it in a jar, pour a little acetone and close tightly , leave so for the whole day or two. Then it's usually easy to disassemble it .
The diameter of the wire may vary slightly .It is important to maintain the number of turns and the direction. Insulation between the windings is also important

Important the value of inductance at the end?, the Henry of each coil?

If Henry is same, number of turns can be different?
No,
Primary turns and turns ratio are perhaps the single most important parameters in a transformer. Every other variable like inductance, maximum flux density, voltage transformation ratio and others, are a function of turns.

Why would You try to "fix" a design that is proven to fail ?

I would purchase a new, different model, if reliability is important to You.
