Hi
I am working with a booster circuit In Keysight ADS. In this circuit output, I got some ripples near about .5 volt to 1 volt. How can I get rid of the ripple? please helpb1.PNG b1op.PNG

The first thing you need to do is produce a plot from the simulator that actually shows the waveform of the ripple sometime after 15 ms. As it, it is impossible to tell whether the ripple is due to inadequate capacitance or excessive ESR.

Hi Danadak
Output Capacitor is 6.8 uf. I simulated with output capacitor value from 4.7uf-100uf. But no significant change.

Its capacitor ESR that can affect this. In your sim model what is the
ESR being used for the caps ?

Once again - you need to get the sim to display the actual waveform of the steady-state ripple, rather than just a bunch of largely meaningless lit up red pixels. It must be possible to clearly resolve the waveform over a few cycles. The wave shape will instantly reveal if the problem is capacitance or ESR. At this point, it sounds like it is ESR and somehow that manages to remain constant when the capacitance changes, which does not match the real world (though a 100 µF electrolytic capacitor will probably have higher ESR than a 10 µF monolithic ceramic).

Additionally, ESL can cause unwanted noise through resonance, inductive spiking, etc. It cannot be ignored, especially at higher frequencies.
