I am attempting to build a two phase interleaved boost converter but I'm having trouble with building a controller because I have very little knowledge and experience with this (I'm student/hobbyist). I have done the small signal model and managed to obtain the relevant transfer functions and bode plots. Attached is the bode plot, control to output transfer and the circuit diagram for reference. Currently my crossover frequency is way too high (although the LF gain is quite good). I need to crossover at a 5Khz (switching frequency is 100kHz) and need help with designing the controller. Kindly provide some insight.

 

The circuit looks like the output stage not a control stage.
You need to show a control stage with a loop compensation circuit.
