I have a HeatNet boiler board. The issue is the 10vdc pins feeding the VFD are sending 24vdc. I'm learning about components. What component would I be looking for regarding this issue. Some sort of transformer/regulator?

Pins 4 and 8 supply the combustion motor 10vdc. Somehow the output voltage was 24vdc winding the vfd right up to 175ish hertz. What would be the culprit. I'm working on getting the board layout from the manufacturer. 1
