I just looked at your first and second diagrams and it looks like you are doing it right, although i have not checked your entire solution. You can look up Masons Gain Formula to get a second technique for doing this which will allow you to check your own results. For the way you did it, it looks like when you move a pickoff point you adjust the path transmittance accordingly, but having that second method of calculating the solution means you'll always be able to check your own results, even on a closed room test where you can not ask for opinions on your results.

BTW showing your progression of transformations rather than just one entire complete transformation is a very good idea, which allows someone else to follow your work much easier and thus faster.
