BL654 datasheet says, it need proper handshaking b/w BL654 and microcontroller.n(Page 28/60)

Now my question is -

Pull up and pull down requirement in below line -

Tx=?
Rx =?
CTS =?
RTS =?

Note #8 of the datasheet says the PU and PD are in firmware

yes, i intend to use CTS and RTS and it is highly recommended by chip manufacture.
