Hello Everyone,
Not sure if anyone can help on this one, but I will give it a try.
I received a BioSonic UC100XD (Coltene Whaledent) Ultrasonic Cleaner from a friend.
He told me that it would blow the fuse when he turned it on.
So I took a look, and found that one of the ceramic transducers that are epoxied to the bottom of the tank was pretty much toast.
The other one looks to be intact.
Unfortunately, I can't read any information that was on the transducers with the exception of "Morgan 090205" which I assume is the manufacturer and date.
That ceramic transducer will need to be replaced.
The problem is....I am not sure what to get to replace it. I know it is a 50mm ceramic, but beyond that, I am not sure. I am including a couple of photos to see if anyone has any ideas.
The part number on the circuit board is 05631 Rev 0.
I tried to provide as much info as I could.
I appreciate any help/guidance that folks would have.
Thanks!!
Frank
