I'm looking for a basic DC bench top power supply with max output of 30v, 5amp, could technically go as low as 24v. I don't want to spend a lot of money though (I know people hate hearing that...). Any recommendations?

 

I have no personal experience but this one seems to fit the bill (it would depend on where you are in the world).

at those amp levels, it is hard to have an inexpensive solution unless you compromise severely.

 

In theory I prob only up to 2-2.5amps.
