Unless it's a critical application, one of the reasonably close equivalents in the LTspice library, such as the 2N3904, should give essentially the same simulation results.

 

The very old BC109 transistor is about 67 years old. Use a newer transistor that has a model in LTspice.

The simulation uses only "typical specs". Real transistors have a wide range of specs then some circuits you build will not work since the transistors you buy will have minimum to maximum specs.
You must design a transistor circuit with negative feedback to reduce the wide range of specs.

 

Gosh, you can still buy them, £1.15 ea at Farnell v £0.63 for 5 x 2N3904!
