Based on this PVB layout, where should disconnected wire go?

Hello,

I am new to the forum and I made an account to ask this question because I have zero electronics knowledge and not an engineer or anything like that.

I have a Christmas tree lights cable, one series of bulbs is not working so I checked wires going into each bulb and the cable seemed fresh and sturdy, no loose wires, so I opened the pcb box and found a loose cable which surprised me, I couldn't figure out where it came from, there were no connector made for it like in the other cable I have (in the other cable red, blue black cables each has his own connector).

I stripped a little from this "disconnected" wire and made contact with all connectors even the hot wire, nothing happened, no lights no sparks, I understand it is dangerous but I was desperate.

I asked this question somewhere else and I was given same answer, just try to connect it to all of them but it's not working... I need a solid answer without guessing so I could try to solder it but touching should have worked too, if cable is supposed to be connected.

I found the same PCB online, some Russian blog, but pictures didn't help me, maybe it will help you? just remove the two spaces before and after website name

I am also adding pictures I took myself.

Can you look at the pcb and tell me where the cable MUST go?

Based on first picture: 1st cable on the left is empty, 2nd and 3rd are bulbs, 4th is blue, 5th is hot, 6th is empty black wire connected with hot, 7th is disconnected cable...
