Now, I upload the sketch with Arduino IDE, but the sketch never runs/launches.
I'm quite new to these things, so could you please tell me what could be wrong, should I do something for this thing to behave like virtual usb keyboard etc.?

There are just too many possibilities to provide any help to you based on what little information that you have provided.

Do you know what these descriptive terms in the advertisement mean?

As far as I can tell, this is a multi-purpose device with a BAD USB function. Maybe the idea is that you can still use an SD memory card function by connection via a header (see the SPI signals on the sides?)

The best thing I can tell you is that when you are "quite new to these things", it is probably better that you stick with very well supported devices.
