Hello folks,
I need some assistance in identifying this smd component. It is from the motherboard of a Razar Blade 14 gaming laptop. The component was shorted. I can not find any information on what it may be or for any replacement part.

markings: AYOA 6B4Y

can anyone assist?

I suspect it is AY0A (with a zero). The board labels it as PO17 (PQ17?), similar to the other devices (MOSFETs?) on that board. That is a dual channel N MOSFET, possible AOZ1331DI
