Im quite confused about this final circuit mean in item 9. Do final circuit means ring and radial circuit?

Yes...But im confuse on when should I use item 9 or item 10 when its come to Ring/Radial SSO or Final Circuit SSO..Im just a student and I dont own a CP5 book. Im only given part of it for my study. Just for my understanding b4 going for exam. Was hoping someone would own this CP5 book and tell me a bit on what is on that Appendix 5..
