Arduino voice recognition using Hc-05.Garbage values received

I was making a project of voice activated Arduino and I encountered this problem.

When I connect the HC-05 to Android and then say something (I'm using the AMR App), it recognizes my voice but the leds don't turn on.

I have connected a HC-05 in this fashion:
