The radio is working after adjusting my approach, starting over, mapping things out, and taking my time. The flip dot display shows the frequency (picture an old train station, mechanical display) and the rotary switch selects the inputs. The last item on my list is volume control. Thank you for your continued patience and I owe it to you to post the final project in the near future. Furthermore, I understand every line of code and I couldn't say the same several days ago.
hi
after all this discussion, (I cant read it all ) , did you use the original code from Raymond ?
Im not strong in programming, so I don't want this to be a blocker for me.
thanks a lot.

The RDA5807M is a basic sound system radio chip that underpins overall FM groups from 50MHz to 115MHz. It has a completely incorporated synthesizer, (middle of the road recurrence (IF) selectivity, RDS/RBDS, and a MPX decoder. This chip has an incredible low-IF computerized sound processor, which implies that you can legitimately tune in to the sound by means of earphones. In the event that you wish to interface it to greater speakers, notwithstanding, you may require a sound intensifier circuit. I will utilize a basic versatile speaker with an inherent sound enhancer for this undertaking
