Glory days or fantasies, You have no idea what you are talking about...I understand your need to relive the glory days or fantasies of your past but culling ferrel cattle is not the same as a movie. Cattle grazing in national forests does need to be controlled. So let the authorities do their job and knock off the blood lust, eh?

I raised cattle on a farm and have seen the damage they can do to fragile habitat. I'm all for culling them using the safest most humane methods. By helicopter is perfectly acceptable. My only problem is them previously leaving the carcasses on the ground and near water to rot or be randomly eaten. We always properly disposed dead cattle to reduce the local environmental damage.
