Though anonymous, she was by no means forgotten. The pathologist who performed her autopsy was so taken with her serene expression that he had a model maker create a plaster "death mask" of her face. The mask was replicated and sold. In fact, the Lorenzi model makers, who, according to the paper authors made the original death mask, still sell copies of it today under the title "Noyée [Drowned Woman] de la Seine."

Beck warned that the people surveyed reported accidents from WLP, such as falling off push bikes and near-miss car accidents, up to three days after any psychedelic effects had worn off.

"You're already quite sure that you're back to normal," he said. "And then all of a sudden your arm gives out where you're trying to steer."

Ukraine drivers test.
There's a video of Ukrainian soldiers shuffling tank mines off of a highway with their boots. I saw it on reddit, but I can't find it now nor can I find it on Youtube. The video shows similar mines. Apparently they are not vibration sensitive and need significant weight on them to trigger the fuse.

Still, you wouldn't catch me pulling a trailer over them!

Love the Gnome. Been thinking about hiding a few in my wood lot for the grandkids to find. That would be a perfect one. Have not seen that one before.

I lost count of the number of different eagles (both Golden and immature Bald) used to produce that clip. I was amused to see the Leg Jesses used by falconers for a tamed Golden Eagle on one of them.
