Sometimes I feel bad about all the (literally) poor people playing the lottery, since it's an outright tax on stupidity imposed by people that should know better. But it's hard to feel bad for someone that bought a "water vitalizer" for $9,450. I guess there are plenty of stupid people with money also. Doesn't seem like a sustainable combination.
