One of the most fascinating recordings I've ever heard is the sound recorded by the Huygens probe while it descended in Titan. I was in awe because I kept thinking that those were real sounds from another world, and not a translation of radio emissions.NASA's done this with a few other celestial bodies (for instance, a pulsar sounds like a crazy drummer). It's a fascinating idea, though some frequency upscaling/downscaling is frequently required, due to the RF frequencies at play. They're pretty neat.
