GETTING THE JUMP ON ASIAN CARP at Barkley Dam tailwaters...

Here's the story.

 

Prime example of be careful what you wish for. The Asian Carp was introduced by the various states as a means to control weed growth in their hydroelectric reservoirs and this is the result. There is a restaurant on the Watts Bar reservoir in TN where after dining patrons take their bread scraps down to the dock to feed the carp. There are so many of them the ducks also going for the bread literally walk on the backs of the nearly solid mass of carp to get their bread scraps.

Yeah... that was more than 12 years ago! ... it was some strange mass hysteria of people seeing a strange flying thing hovering the mountains... they never learned what it really was.

It could have been weighted, by a power source e.g battery to give a short lived event. Once discovered or videoed, they found a Police officer being confronted, who told the story in his interpretation.
