Sure. Built by General Warp Drives and bailed out by the Feds (i.e. Federation of Planets) every time they go bankrupt.
The Federation does not have money, they'd need a bailout from the Ferengi. The Borg doesn't need money either, any Borg drone never wants or needs anything, it’s always provided by the Collective.

 ... you have to be kidding... what's next? o_O:rolleyes:
Nurf toys dontcha know! Murder by foreign body airway obstruction can be nasty (albeit a tad cumbersome for the 'perp')! -- Then, of course, there's the lore-purported ELE potentional vested in those #4 golf balls of doom! --- But Serriously! I assert all manifestations of matter/energy are weaponizable - and I'm very, very certian that, does it exsist, universal innocuousness = universal uselessness!

Best regards

You just triggered a very pleasant flashback in my mind ... back to the days when Scientific American's "The Amateur Scientist" column offered adventurous do-it-at-home projects like CO2 lasers, high voltage generators, desktop-sized particle accelerators, supersonic wind tunnels, and such...

Man, was it fun to read that stuff! :) ... I only built one of the lamest projects though, which was a heat-powered eccentric-disbalanced rubber band motor... and that was due to my severe lack of resources, but not of enthusiasm ... :)

Nowadays, they only offer kiddie-stuff like "make your own lemon-based invisible ink" or "experiment with the tindall effect using a laser pointer in an glass of iced tea" ... the latter with an extremely severe warning and disclamer regarding the potentially dangerous, and life-threatening use of an ultra-low power diode laser pointer in the hands of a non-expert ...

boring, Boring... BORING STUFF! ... yawn!:(

I had a real chemistry kit.

Much more fun than just making varieties of slime.

Or indeed construction of ostensible 'radio transmitters' of SXOs (i.e. monolithic 'square-wave' generators)!:mad::mad: -- As if BPL wasn't enough!o_O:(

We made gun and flash power in middle-school science class. I'm still pretty proud my mixture had the best flash and boom because of what I learned from my kit.
Explosions in the classroom?! -- I despair the student attempting such a demonstration today! -- With 'good conduct' he might 'hit the streets' (or, we can but hope, at very least make 'trustee') by 2050...

Tremulously

 ... you have to be kidding... what's next? An order mandating to dull down all phillps screwdrivers? o_O:rolleyes:
Or, instead, scheduling home brew lichtenberg wood burning sets as contraband? Two to fifteen kV at up to 10 kW in the hands (literally) of people who think automotive jumper cables fed by non isolated line powered high voltage supplies are respectful of their "artistic expression"? What can go wrong? SMH!

Thanks!
