Actually Mexico is quite a ways down the list if you use deaths per 100,000 people.
And yet it's still too much, my friend... it's sad... there's a long and winding story behind what's happening right now, but I'd rather not discuss it in this thread.

Sorry, I didn't mean to pounce on you. It's just that there are only 18 million (maybe less now) people in Syria while there are 127 million in Mexico.

That us an over estimate. The real number is closer to zero according to a senior (senior (senior))) US government official who recently said, "they are all in Europe now, they've all gone to Europe".

FORT SMITH, Ark. — Fred Kirkpatrick has been working at the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Fort Smith for nearly 80 years.

He’s worn a number of hats in his time with the company, but the 97-year-old is now the archivist and curator of the plant’s museum on the second level.
...
He has always worked at Coca-Cola in some capacity except during the years he served in Word War II. He said he has no plans to retire.

And sometimes your time is not up when your time is up.

Every time I flew in a chopper I believed my time was up. :D

The Ka-50(2) has an ejection seat!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kamov_Ka-50
It is the world's first operational helicopter with a rescue ejection system, which allows the pilot to escape at all altitudes and speeds. The K-37-800 rocket-assisted ejection system is manufactured by the Zvezda Research and Production Enterprise Joint Stock Company in the Moscow region.[49]

Tase me, tase me. I'm Ben Franklin and I have my kite and my key.

At times, police say he said he was Ben Franklin.

“He did at times refer to himself as Ben Franklin, yes,” said Officer Eric Colamarino, of the Penn Boro Police Department.

Well this is embarrassing:

"The rapper was dragged by social media after he posted a staged photo of a jet that made it appear he was flying privately from Atlanta to New York City .... He was busted when a fellow traveler shared on social media that the performer, whose legal name is Shad Moss, was on his commercial flight."
