What else do you use to fill your intestines with ground meat and spices?
Something was lost in translation from Chinese.

I grew up on a farm making sausages with ground meat and spices. I don't think the grandfolks ever called the meat grinder with the sausage attachment a Enema Machine. Now, while cleaning the pig-crap out of the raw intestines of freshly killed animal with our bare hands and a bucket before scrapping, I guess you could have called us one.

Apparently there must have been a language translation issue there as well as on other sites.
Both sausage making and the 'other' require injecting something into an intestine.

Slightly of a different issue is the so-called "blood sausage". When I first tasted one I almost puked. Tasted like pure blood, yuck, yuck. I guess that proves once and for all that I am not a vampire.

Poisonous books: analyses of four sixteenth and seventeenth century book bindings covered with arsenic rich green paint

I'm not saying you shouldn't be careful (arsenic and arsenic compounds can be deadly) but I've worked with arsenic and arsenic compounds for decades with continuous testing during that period. The only times I have positives ( 0.01 mg/m3 TLV) was from too much seafood. The knowledge it exists allows for proper handling with fairly simple protocols.
