Hi,

My signal is of 0.8 - 1.3 Hz and 40mV (peak-peak) , is it correct to input such a low voltage signal to DAQ NI6009 directly to Analog input and work in digital environment . Is it that I/P signal should be of the device range (say 10V) to get precise result .

I used am anti-aliasing filter before feeding into DAQ . Can some amount of tolerable noise be given with input analog signal ?

First there is no such thing as "DAQ", this is a digital to analog converter "DAC" and you are even using an "ADC", this is why noone has replied.

Second the tolerance is 2 divisions, 1 division equals "Vcc/(2 on power number of pins)". Thirs this is a medical signal for which all advice I give are at your own risk.
