Am I using the best motor for the job?

Hello all, I am building an electrospinner and am running into trouble as to voltage differences between the power supply and the RC motor I intended to use. I was trying to use a brushless motor and my intent is to use a 12V power supply connected to a PWM which is then connected to the brushless motor. This is is all for a project. Question: am I mental for thinking this will work?

Power supply: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N0O646U/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1

PWM: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H1W79S0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Motor (I'm returning this one before I make the mistake of overloading it as I was reminded of the voltage differences could cause destruction). This motor's ESC said it had a 6V output: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01149JBNC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Would I be better off in using this motor?: https://www.amazon.com/AmpFlow-E30-150-Brushed-Electric-Motor/dp/B009YJOD56

If anyone has an answer it would be most welcome.

I had to first figure out what the hell "electrospinning" is - a few videos later- it seems that the mechanical power requirement is very small, just bearing friction for the most part.

The RPM range you need is a mystery, but I imagine maintaining constant and stable speed is important.
Don't use a motor with a rated RPM that is 10X the speed you need, this will only make controlling it difficult.

The motors you selected seem like expensive overkill, and not that appropriate unless the drum needs to go 5000 RPM?

Just buy a $10 DC gear motor?

that's the thing I've realised; I need a 12V motor and the RC batteries have connections that just complicate everything. I wanted a Brushless motor for durability but will have to get a brushed, larger motor with a simple +/- wire connection

You can still use a BLDC motor, just get a BLDC gear motor. Don't understand how RC batteries are any different than any other battery complications wise.
Google gives many options for BLDC gear motors. https://www.google.com/search?q=BLDC+gear+motor&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
