You can still see it in daylight and sometimes with low frequency radar but can't get a target fix solution, still working on the full spectrum invisible shield technology. If it’s true stealth technology, it hides itself lol No need for cover story’s.

An initial analysis suggests the object could be a young, cold planet with a temperature near 120 degrees Fahrenheit, NASA said. Life can grow and reproduce starting at about 5 degrees Fahrenheit and as high as 251 degrees Fahrenheit, scientists say.
NSFW, no?
Not in today's America it seems but I'll add a spoiler.NSFW, no?
I love that woman. She's always aiming for objectivity while keeping an open mind:We're doomed!
"And I think that Avi Loeb is making good points when he says that we need to be better prepared for the possibility that one day it’s not a fire drill, but really an alien probe, and that we should have intercept missions ready to go to have a closer look. However, he seems to be a little too eager to feed journalists with alien quotes and that has, erm, alienated a lot of his colleagues."
The ship measures 58,000 meters (63,430 yards) from end to end and 6,000 m (6,560 yards) in diameter and has a total mass of 2.4 billion metric tons (2.65 US tons). The spacecraft uses a Direct Fusion Drive (DFD) propulsion system and Helium-3 (3He) and deuterium (2H or D) fuel to generate 0.1 g (0.98 m/s2) of acceleration.
$10K?
Maybe, but one has to start somewhere... it's called baby steps.$10K?
Wouldn't they make more money if the bound the pages and called it "fiction"?
He recalled hearing chaos unfold over the radio. His friend screamed, "It’s coming right at us! It’s coming right for us!" Just moments later, he said he heard them say the object "shot off and was done."
Complete BS description of what is happening. Let's just say it's is a missile (instead of a rock), it didn't bounce off anything. It seems to fly right though the non-solid target. The proximity fuse didn't detect a target with a heat signature or anything to cause detonation. Likely high radar cross-section UAP would be a Mylar balloon that got popped and started falling. Somebody wasted an expensive missile.

Although the sample is safely ensconced in a tube millions of miles away on Mars, scientists have remained intrigued by the rock because of its potential to reveal whether microscopic life ever existed on Mars. Shortly after it was found, members of the Perseverance science team said it was exactly the type of rock they were hoping to find.
It sort of display’s the mesner effect. If all magnetic or other gravitational forces allow it’s ability to fly that tech would repel the rocket. However it could have sustained damage. If this were earthly we might have more answers. Unless it’s a deep fake.
"Today, I want to state clearly: this is not science fiction or creating speculation. This is about national security, government accountability, and the American people's right to the truth," said Luna. "Future generations will look back on this moment and ask what we did when presented with the unknown. Did we look away, embarrassed or afraid? Or did we pursue the truth with courage? I intend to be on the side of truth, transparency, and accountability," the lawmaker stated.
